Pluck this little
flower
and take it, delay
notelse it will droop
and drop into dust.
I do not seek a place
in your garland, but
honour it with a touch
a pinch from your hand.
Pluck this little
flower
and take it, delay
notelse the day may end
before this offering reach you.
Though the colour is not bright
and the smell is of a faint scent
take this flower for your service
and pluck it while there is time.
